Gina Dubbé

Gina Dubbé is an entrepreneur and currently serves as the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Greenhouse Wellness, an award-winning dispensary in Maryland. She is also a Co-Founder of Blissiva, a female-focused cannabis line. 

As a young woman, she realized that she wanted a career that would make an impact. This led her to pursue an education in Engineering, and she now has several Engineering degrees. One of her businesses, TheraPearl, was on the Inc 500 for two consecutive years and got her named as Forbes Women Who Built Outstanding Companies. 

Gina and her co-founder of Greenhouse Wellness, Dr. Leslie Apgar, saw an opportunity to provide a healing cannabis, and to help reverse the stigma that still surrounds the plant and the industry today. Their passion is helping people, but especially lifting women up. “Sometimes they just need a little help to see that. What they do with their newfound power and sense of self is inspiring to us. When we lift up women, we lift up society and the world at large.” 

We love to see women inspiring other women and at the end of the day it really is about the healing opportunities for patients.
